Waivers Required: All services require the completion of a waiver before your appointment.
Pricing: The prices listed are starting rates and may vary based on the size, length, and texture of your hair.
Hair Condition: We are not responsible for the condition of your hair after service, as it can vary depending on individual hair health and treatment.
Appointment Duration: Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on the thickness, length, and texture of your hair.
Additional Charge: Hair that is past mid-back length (measured on natural hair, not braided length) will incur an additional charge of $35.
Shampoo Service: All shampoo services include a blow dry.
Children: For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow children unless the child is receiving a service.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a walk-in, which may affect your start and departure times.
Walk-ins: Due to a high volume of appointments, we are currently unable to accommodate walk-ins. However, you may call to check availability.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. This deposit goes towards the total of your service.
